mindfulness moments
What does it mean to be present in the natural landscape? To watch, observe and listen? How do the incidental surroundings impact or influence our external and internal sense of structure, order & belonging? In what way does the environment and it’s wildlife resonate with us?
. . . . . . . . . .
The natural world is known to have a grounding and centering effect on people because it can reveal our innate intelligence or expand our intuitive sense quickly forgotten or misplaced by modern living.
In this natural setting, often guided by our curiosity, wonder and imagination, we have an opportunity to reconnect with the elements and essential cycles found in nature.
This kind of fundamental wisdom creates more spaciousness & depth in ourselves. And, in doing so, we can learn to embody our aliveness with a renewed sense of stillness, appreciation, trust and care extended to others and the world we inhabit.
