Burren Brewery

The Burren Brewery is nestled above the Roadside Tavern, in Lisdoonvarna, Co.Clare, an area known for its pubs and traditional Irish musical heritage.

Peter Curtin, is the owner and his family’s history goes back three generations within the Roadside Tavern. He created a microbrewery above the tavern, developing four beers with unique taste and character.

Our short documentary follows Peters fascinating journey as he describes how he captured the wild yeast, in the Burren, Co.Clare, to make is famous ‘Euphoria’ brew, using six herbs, wild yeast and no hops.
